Payments & Safety

  • All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

  • Yes, we accept online payments. All payment processing and vital customer information is quick, easy, and secure.

  • We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Depending on availability of product, production time can be anywhere from 3-21 days based on the complexity of the design.

    Once ready to ship:

    - GCC shipping can take 2-4 business days.

    - Global Shipping can take 5-7 business days

  • We offer free shipping for all GCC countries.

    For all other International zones, a flat BHD20 shipping fee is applied at checkout.

  • Shipping is free of charge for GCC countries, and a flat BHD20 charge is applied for all other international zones

  • Yes, we ship our products almost all over the globe.

Warranty & Repair

  • All our products are subject to quality control.

    Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

    The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 1 week of noticing any defects.

    It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a design defects.

  • No warranty beyond the 1 week period is applicable.


    In the case of size adjustments, an applicable fee can be arranged, contact us for more details.

    • Only use Dry cleaning for all Nesma Studio pieces
    • Avoid using steamer completely, fabrics are delicate and will be ruined
    • Use only iron, and make sure it's low heat.
    • Do not steam or iron over the trims, handwork or embroidery
    • Do not alter the pieces elsewhere as the handwork will unravel when not handled by a specialist

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the "made to measure" nature of our brand, no refunds cannot be offered beyond 24 hours of ordering.

    Our tailoring process includes creating patterns & cutting fabrics specifically to our client's sizes.

    Once that process begins, the fabric loss cannot be used in any other order.

  • In the case of a design defect, we will pay for shipping costs back & forth to the client.

    If the client wants the size adjusted, shipping fees will be calculated as part of the applicable fee for size adjustments.

  • We encourage clients to send us accurate measurements taken by a professional.

    In the case of wrong sizing from our production team, we can make the adjustments free of charge
